Our mastery of kanban allows lead times to be reduced to transit time. The ability to maintain an efficient flow of materials throughout the entire manufacturing process enables Triton to pull product to meet customer demand. The capacity to produce quality product and manage customer inventory allows Triton product to be delivered directly to the customer’s production floor and staged at the point of use.
